1. Foshkolapid offers courses that are delivered both online and in-person. Due to the nature of these services, refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the course format. We encourage participants to carefully review course details before enrollment. Any questions about course suitability can be discussed with our team prior to purchase.

2. For in-person courses, participants may request a refund if cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Refunds requested after this period will not be granted, as preparation and resource allocation will have already taken place. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

3. For online courses, once access to course materials has been granted, refunds are generally not available. We recommend that users review the course description and requirements carefully before enrolling. Exceptions may be considered in cases of technical issues preventing access to course materials. Any such requests must be submitted with detailed explanation to our support team.

4. Foshkolapid reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered the choice of attending the rescheduled session or receiving a full refund. We will communicate any changes as early as possible to minimize inconvenience. Refunds will be processed promptly in such situations.

5. Participants who fail to attend scheduled sessions without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund. We ask that participants inform us as early as possible if they are unable to attend. This allows us to manage resources and offer the place to other interested participants. No-shows will be considered as course completion.

6. Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations or personal preferences. We strive to deliver high-quality training, but individual experiences may vary. Participants are encouraged to provide feedback so we can continually improve our programs. Feedback does not serve as a basis for refund eligibility.

7. All refund requests must be submitted via email to our support address with relevant order details. Our team will review the request and respond within 7 working days. We are committed to handling all refund inquiries with professionalism and transparency. Decisions on refund eligibility will be final.
